Dr. Meaghan Rice is a Doctor of Psychology, Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Board Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 10 years of clinical practice, organizational leadership, and community mental health experience.

She specializes in relationships, personal empowerment, wellness, communication, resilience, and connection. As the founder and clinical leader of Better Lives Building Tribes, Dr. Rice focuses on organizational partnerships and community impact programs.

A military spouse and parent, she integrates evidence-informed approaches with practical application to create meaningful, lasting change for her clients and their communities.
